Digital albums, digital prints, and the City Archive bundles are final sale. Once a download link has been generated, we can't refund or "return" the file — standard for the digital-music industry.
That said: if your download fails, your link expires, your inbox lost the email, your hard drive ate the file, or anything else weird happens, email hello@odestojoy.com with your order number and we'll send a fresh link the same day. We don't penalize you for technology being technology.
Standard prints, Special Edition prints, and the Gallery Wall bundles can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt (or 14 days from a festival purchase) if they arrive damaged or aren't what you expected. Email us first; we'll send return instructions.
Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged in transit, in which case we cover it.
Each Fordite piece is one-of-a-kind. We accept returns within 30 days for any reason — doesn't suit you, didn't match expectations, gift didn't land, anything. Pieces must come back in original condition (unworn, in original pouch). Once we receive it, refund in 3–5 business days.
Statement+ pieces include a numbered 1-of-20 collector print. If you return the Fordite, we'll need the print back too.
Neighborhood Hero ($10/yr) is non-refundable after the first delivery ships. You can cancel anytime to prevent future renewal — just email and we'll handle it.
We're a small operation. If something's gone wrong with your order and the rules above don't quite cover it, email hello@odestojoy.com and we'll figure it out. We've got no incentive to make this hard.
